A Three Rivers yoga retreat with

Join us in Three Rivers, Ca for an amazing 4 day and 3 night retreat. Alex and I have put together this retreat in the hopes that we can facilitate access to our inner children again. We will urge play and connection, leading you through multiple yoga practices and meditation work that align with allowing ourselves freedom in being who we are. Digging underneath the layers society has forced upon us and giving ourselves the gift and freedom of a child-like mind. Expect games, dancing, stories around the fire, and maybe a little face-paint.

Chef Paige will prepare our meals during our stay.

Dinner will be served on Thursday and breakfast on Sunday. On Friday and Saturday both breakfast and dinner will be served. Friday we will have lunch in town (not provided) and Saturday we will have a make-your-own sandwich bar (provided) where you can pack your own lunch for our led hike. Hike is optional.

The house has many beautiful outdoor areas to relax and find quiet time.

Located next to a stream which we HOPE will still be flowing by October - no promises.

One yoga class every morning and one yoga class every evening taught by Alex and Andrea. We will also offer meditation, breath work, and self-massage.

The first three people to book will receive $200 off.
Any returning students from our Ojai retreat will also receive an additional $100 off.

Once the deposit is made, the room will be saved.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit will equal half of total payment. Second half of payment will be due no later than 14 days before start date of retreat.
