Born and raised in California, Andrea found yoga in her early twenties. For the very first time, she found movement that helped her manage stress and anxiety.
From that moment on, she made a promise to herself to always create a welcoming environment for individuals to be their authentic selves. With a heart for helping others, Andrea aims to hold space for those facing challenges, fostering an environment of support and connection. Andrea completed a 320 hr Ashtanga based training program in 2012 in Goa, India and has never looked back. Since then she has completed additional trainings in meditation, asana study, restorative yoga, yoga sculpt, and Thai massage.
